They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software integration projects, manage project plans, and ensure successful software deployment and integration with ERP systems. Responsibilities: • Provide project management leadership and oversight on multiple software integration project. • Lead end-to-end integration project to ERP systems, SAP, Oracle Dynamics. • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, key milestones, and resource allocation. • Oversee the System Integration Testing phase, ensuring Symphony functions correctly within the client’s systems • Collaborate with customers to ensure successful software deployment, integration, testing, and go-live. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to upgrades and testing. • Provide technical guidance to customers on system requirements and best practices. Qualifications: Required: • The ideal candidate will be local to the Dallas /Fort Worth area. • Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US • 5 to 7 years’ experience as Project Manager, IT or Software/Technical • 3 to 5 years’ experience with software product Integration, preferably ERP or SaaS products and applications • 2 years Data Migration • 2 years minimum experience with Power BI, requires high proficiency in Power BI • 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst • 2 years Systems Integration experience is a plus. • Create Project Plans for upgrades and testing • Experience with UAP Testing, work with clients to perform testing, Auto/Manual /UAP • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong customer interfacing skills (post-sales) is required. • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Background in Software Products or Software/Professional Services. Preferred: • PMP, and Agile certification is a plus • Familiarity with SQL databases, Windows/Linux environments, and networking concepts, Jira Company: iRely is a premier, global provider of business software.
