This role is essential to shaping our enterprise-wide technology direction by partnering with both technical teams and business stakeholders to align solutions with long-term strategic goals. You will be instrumental in expanding our enterprise architecture capability and driving best practices across the organization. As part of this role, you’ll work alongside the architecture leadership to evolve our architectural governance and tooling environment. You will also contribute to the development of internal architecture policies, guidance documents, and frameworks that enable consistent and scalable decision-making across the business. If you don’t already have TOGAF or ArchiMate knowledge, this role provides an opportunity to build that expertise while working with cutting-edge architecture platforms. Key Responsibilities: Help design and document technology blueprints covering application, data, and systems architecture. Translate strategic business needs into architectural deliverables and actionable technical guidance. Support the implementation of architecture roadmaps that align with long-term organizational goals. Ensure technology projects align with architectural principles and governance standards. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Act as a liaison between technology teams and business units, ensuring architectural alignment. Work closely with leadership to establish and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and principles. Collaborate on the planning and execution of Architecture Review Board sessions and related governance structures. Tooling and Methodologies Assist in the adoption and configuration of enterprise architecture platforms and modeling tools. Support documentation and visualization of architectural designs using industry-standard frameworks and tools. Desired Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. 2–3 years of experience supporting enterprise architecture initiatives or working in a related technical strategy capacity. Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman and working knowledge of modeling languages such as ArchiMate or UML. Exposure to architecture management tools like Orbus Infinity or ServiceNow APM is a plus. Previous experience in regulated industries such as financial services, with understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS), is beneficial. Seniority level
