Curve Health The Operating Room department is seeking a Robotic Clinical Service Line Lead for day shifts with a salary range of $78,773.63 - $122,099.12.
This leadership role reports to the nurse manager and involves coordinating perioperative nursing, policies, and objectives. The candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills to ensure a safe, caring environment that promotes clinical excellence and customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing robotics specialty services, managing equipment and supplies, and serving as a liaison among staff, physicians, and anesthesia teams. Requirements: BSN preferred, NY licensure, CNOR (preferred), BLS, 3 years OR experience including 2 in robotic specialty, and EPIC experience (preferred). The role involves clinical duties, advising staff, and ensuring positive patient outcomes. This position requires handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
