$19.00 to $22.00/Hour (pay rates vary based on assignment) Location:
Delano, MN (job sites vary based on assignment) Schedule:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts Join our team as a Manufacturing and Industrial Operations Associate! We are seeking dedicated individuals for a variety of roles including: Forklift Operators Mechanical Assemblers Medical Device Assemblers Machine Operators Metal Fabricators Shipping & Receiving Associates Quality Control Inspectors Qualifications: Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proven reliability with a strong attendance record. 2 years of related experience and/or training in a Manufacturing or Industrial role. Consistent work tenure with past employers. Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts. Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to understand job instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include the ability to use hands and fingers for handling, feeling, or operating objects. Employees will be required to stand, talk, and listen regularly and must be able to use a computer and standard office equipment daily.
