Job Title: CNC Operator
Department: Secondary
Job Summary: The operator will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Yorba Linda CA, Schedule 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri $18hr
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet required specifications using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functionality
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role (1 year or more preferred)
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required
