A well-established middle-market private equity firm is seeking a

Private Equity Analyst/Associate

to join its investment team. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing candidate to transition into private equity and work across sectors including

healthcare services, healthcare technology,

and

business services . Education is a top priority

for this role – candidates must have a strong academic track record, with an undergraduate degree from a

highly regarded university . Exceptional educational background is a

must-have , not a nice-to-have. Key Responsibilities: Support all aspects of the investment process: sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management Conduct in-depth industry and company research to inform investment decisions Work closely with portfolio company leadership on value creation initiatives What We’re Looking For: 1 - 4 years of investment banking experience at a strong firm Pre-MBA candidates only Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated interest in private equity Backgrounds in healthcare or business services are helpful but not required - generalist experience is welcome Location Flexibility: Open to candidates in either
