Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care; develop regional recognition as an authority; manage patient care plans; perform procedures; coordinate services; monitor outcomes. Teaching and Training:
Supervise students, residents, and fellows; contribute to educational programs; participate in curriculum development; maintain currency through continuing education. Service and Administration:
Contribute to program development; participate in departmental committees; promote team concepts; evaluate peers and students. Scholarly Activity:
Participate in research, publish findings, present internally, and seek funding for projects.
