We are looking for a skilled Support Project Manager/Lead to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves coordinating cybersecurity incident response efforts and serving as a key liaison between leadership and technical teams. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the Deputy Mayor's Office and the Emergency Operations Center during cybersecurity incident response efforts. Attend meetings and calls with the Deputy Mayor to capture detailed notes, action items, and follow-up tasks. Coordinate next steps with leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment and progress. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders involved in the response. Monitor and document progress to ensure timely execution of action plans. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Planner, Lists, and Forms, to streamline communication and coordination. Support emergency response operations by providing organizational and logistical assistance. Manage tasks and priorities effectively in a high-pressure environment. Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status of response activities. Requirements: Proven experience in project management, preferably in government or emergency response settings. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and incident response coordination. Proficiency in 365 tools, including Teams, Planner, Lists, and Forms. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to work extended hours during critical response phases. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. Familiarity with Waterfall project management methodology. Proficiency in Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
