Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Tallahassee, FL Position Type: Full-Time, Entry Level Shift Options: Day Shift (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 AM
7:00 PM Night Shift (Rotating Weekends): 7:00 PM
7:00 AM Salary Range: $27.72
$33.00/hour (up to 5 years of experience) $36.30/hour (10 years of experience) $39.60/hour (15+ years of experience) Additional Compensation: Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis) Shift Differentials: $3/hour for nights $2/hour for weekends Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess patients, manage treatments independently, and advocate for patient safety in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather relevant health data Advocate for patient safety and well-being within a multidisciplinary team Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical data Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatments Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Valid RN license in Florida required; Compact RN license holders must apply for Florida licensure prior to start Benefits
