Job Description
Project Manager - High End Residential - Falmouth, MA - Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle project management for residential builds and renovations Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials Utilize
Procore ,
Microsoft Office , and other scheduling tools to manage project timelines and documentation Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to maintain expectations and updates MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - High End Residential - Falmouth, MA - Will have
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in
residential construction Open to candidates currently in an Assistant Project Manager role who are ready for career advancement Strong understanding of custom and luxury homebuilding processes Familiarity with coastal New England construction practices is a plus Proficiency in
Procore , MS Office Suite, and scheduling software Must be based within 30-40 minutes of Falmouth, MA Full-time,
on-site
position with no hybrid/remote options What's on Offer

Base Salary:
$125,000 Truck allowance:
$400/month Phone allowance
provided Profit sharing and year-end bonuses Health, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k)
