Meetings Manager
to support our 20 Clubs Executive Networking Program. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to
transition into the event and meeting planning field
from an executive assistant, project coordinator, or administrative support background. We’re looking for someone who’s: Exceptionally organized Comfortable managing details and timelines Great with people and professional in communication Eager to grow their skills in logistics, hospitality, and planning Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Manager, 20 Clubs Meetings at the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, DC. As 20 Clubs Meetings Manager, you’ll coordinate the behind-the-scenes logistics that make 80+ member meetings run successfully each year. From managing hotel contracts and room blocks to organizing group dinners and AV needs, you’ll help deliver seamless, high-quality member experiences across the country. You’ll work directly with member leaders, vendors, and internal staff — becoming the logistics expert that brings it all together. Skills & Experience 3+ years in a professional admin, project support, or coordination role Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines Solid written and verbal communication skills Interest in developing a career in meetings, events, or hospitality Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in association management or basic event planning is a bonus, but not required. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 annualized based on skills and experience.
