Intellectual Property Associate
with
2 to 5 years of experience
in copyright, trademark, trade secret, and/or false advertising law to join their team in any US office. The role involves managing litigation and enforcement matters in these areas, with a focus on technology clients.
Duties
Manage intellectual property and technology litigation and enforcement matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver legal solutions.
Develop strategies for complex litigation and enforcement actions.
Counsel clients on legal risks related to product development.
Conduct legal research and demonstrate strong writing skills.
Manage the discovery phase of litigation, including e-discovery.
Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and teamwork.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in trademark, copyright, false advertising, and/or trade-secret law.
Strong understanding of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, and related laws.
Trial experience is preferred.
Willingness to engage with a broad range of legal principles.
Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
Membership in the State Bar of the office location is required.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Certifications
Membership in the State Bar of the office location.
