General Liability Associate Attorney Location:
Irvine, CA (also available in Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, and San Francisco) Base Salary Range:
$140,000 – $180,000 Our client, a nationally recognized litigation firm known for its strength in complex civil matters, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its General Liability and Construction Defect practice group in California. This opportunity is available in any of the firm’s four California offices:
Irvine, Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, or San Francisco . The firm is widely respected for its collaborative culture, high-quality legal work, and strategic litigation approach on behalf of national and local clients. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. Key Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in California 2-6 years experience in one or more of the following practice areas: general liability, complex litigation, environmental liability and/or construction defect litigation Strong legal writing, deposition, and motion practice skills Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team environment Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload involving general liability and construction defect matters Handle local and national accounts across the state of California Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial Review and respond to discovery, pleadings, and court filings, including e-filing Participate in trial preparation and provide trial support as needed If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
