The Opportunity You will be immediately integrated into a dynamic and collegial team, handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing. This role is for a future leader who wants to learn the business, not just the law. You will be challenged, supported, and positioned for significant professional growth in an environment that celebrates collaboration and shared success. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development agreements. Conducting and managing all aspects of due diligence, including in-depth title and survey analysis. Managing transaction timelines and leading closings for a diverse portfolio of properties. Serving as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring exceptional service. Collaborating closely with partners, senior attorneys, and paralegals to drive successful outcomes. Who You Are You are admitted to the NC Bar and in good standing. You possess 2+ years of experience in a commercial real estate practice. You are proactive, intellectually curious, and have a strong desire to take on increasing responsibility. You thrive in a team-based, in-office environment and understand the value of collaborative problem-solving. Most importantly, you are hungry to learn and are ready to be mentored by the best.
