Associates will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients through all levels of the estate planning and trust administration process, from the intake through distribution of assets. We’re proud to have multiple attorneys certified as specialists in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California. Our lawyers publish, lecture, and lead at the state and local levels, including the Trusts and Estates Sections of the California Lawyers Association and the Orange County Bar Association. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who’s practiced in this field and is ready to take ownership of matters with intelligence, empathy, and initiative. You should be prepared to communicate with clients and collaborate internally on day one. Other qualities include: 5+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience Strong drafting skills (basic and advanced estate plans) Familiarity with complex trust administration: property tax issues, fiduciary accounting, real estate transfers, asset valuation, etc. Willingness to handle contested matters from time-to-time Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California Strong attention to detail and personal accountability Ready to Grow? The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 base salary, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
