Responsibilities
Conduct consistent and robust analysis to identify key insights from transactional level sales data sourced from point-of-sale systems and other sources Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external reporting purposes Seek out and understand the core client and guest needs and assist in creating action plans to respond strategically to these opportunities Work with the enterprise data teams to execute analytics projects that support all revenue-generating efforts including pricing and price optimization processes and strategies Assist in the creation and roll-out of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build client relationships Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in the hospitality or sports industry Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such Advanced Excel and R, data warehousing tools such as SQL Proven business experience in the industry with broad experience in domestic and, business intelligence and marketing technology, revenue. Experience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business result
