Participate in daily treatment team meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including the medical director, nurse manager, and social workers. Provide high-quality care in a modern, secure facility equipped with 24/7 on-site security and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services. Maintain a manageable caseload with optional voluntary call opportunities.
