Overview
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for the Director, Theatrical Finance & Administration in the Domestic Theatrical Distribution department. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Theatrical Finance & Administration.
Responsibilities
Managing exhibitor accounts for a sales division (Includes weekly sales meetings, maintaining credit ratings, managing account holds for theatrical releases) Accounts receivable (Invoicing exhibitors, applying payments, reconciling accounts) Managing audits, processing custom report queries, and month-end reporting (Can occur on weekends and after business hours), and overseeing the daily lockbox balancing process with the accounting department Database queries and ad hoc reports Database administration and exhibitor account set up (Includes generating and processing license agreements) Software application support (testing and implementation of application upgrades, database validation and general application support for department users)
Qualifications and Skills
Highly motivated and resourceful, with strong accounting, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills C.P.A, or a minimum of 2-5 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience A strong understanding of databases, interfaces and applications is a must, with prior experience in application testing and documentation preferred Advanced MS Excel experience is required. Prior experience with MS Access preferred.

Compensation
$120,000 - $135,000
