Join our team at Bilinski's Sausage Co., a leader in producing high-quality, all-natural sausages!
Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking Production Operators who are experienced with food manufacturing.
Positions are available in our Raw Processing area and include: Meat Station Operator (weighing chicken and other ingredients and using a computer terminal and iPads to record lot and weight information). Spice Station Operator ((weighing spices and other ingredients and using a computer terminal and iPads to record lot and weight information). Mixer Station Operator (loading large rolling carts of ingredients into an industrial mixer and using a computer terminal and iPads to record lot and weight information).
Our positions are hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment. To be successful, a candidate must be able to: Stand for the work day Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.) Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day. Complete hand and wrist motions Have a high-level of proficiency with iPads and Computer Terminals Work at a consistent and acceptable work pace

Pay is weekly, starting at $
19.00 per hour with advancement opportunities and OT available

HOURS: 5 days/week including Saturday, with Tuesday or Wednesday, and Sundays off. Shifts start typically at 6am and run 8-10 hours, with mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires.

NOTE: This is a refrigerated work space, with temperatures generally around 35 degrees. We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.
