Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations, food quality, and guest service
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
Create efficient schedules and manage labor compliance
Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance
Monitor KPIs, costs, and store performance
Drive improvement through data, feedback, and collaboration

Qualifications
2+ years as GM or Assistant GM in QSR or fast-casual
Strong leadership and communication skills
Understanding of labor, scheduling, and P&L basics
High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)

Preferred
Experience within the QSR industry
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Familiarity with labor management systems

Work Conditions
Full-time, including weekends and holidays
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must lead both morning and evening shifts as needed
