Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from Hamlyn Williams IT Audit & Technology Risk Recruitment Specialist Hamlyn Williams have partnered with a leading financial services firm looking to hire a Data Analytics Audit Manager into their Internal Audit function. This role is a hybrid role based in New York City. As a Manager within the Internal Audit team, you will: Work closely with senior leadership in the transformation of the internal audit function by embedding advanced analytics Serve as the internal SME for data analytics and AI, supporting training and capability development. Oversee audits related to AI systems, machine learning models, data governance, and automated controls Advise executive leadership on emerging technology risks, including AI governance and algorithmic integrity. Drive the integration of data analytics and AI methodologies into audit planning and delivery. As a Manager within the Internal Audit team, you will require: 7+ years of experience in Data Science and/or Data Analytics Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical field such as Data Science or Data Analytics Experience in the use of Analytical and automation tools and platforms Extensive experience in data analytics and data science, ideally within audit, risk management, or other oversight roles in financial services. A deep understanding of Risk Management and Internal Audit processes and standards is essential. Proficiency in analytical, automation, and visualization tools and programming languages, with a proven track record of delivering repeatable analytical solutions. Significant experience in data visualization and storytelling, with strong communication skills to clearly present complex analyses to auditors and executives.
