As a Mobile Auto Glass Technician at Belle Tire, you are essential in keeping our customers' lives moving by expertly repairing and installing windshields and other auto glass. What You'll Do
Travel to customer locations to execute auto glass installations and repairs. Inspect vehicles to assess necessary repairs or replacements. Safely remove and replace windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other auto glass. Provide clear communication with customers, addressing their concerns or questions. Safely operate a mobile glass van equipped with tools and glass. Ensure the mobile glass van and all tools are well-maintained and safe. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager. What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old. Valid Driver's License. Five (5) years of experience in auto glass repair/replacement across various vehicle types. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds. Work Environment
This position involves driving on the road and requires physical demands, including prolonged sitting while driving and the physical handling of auto glass. Benefits
