The Aftermarket TPMS Cataloging Specialist, North America is responsible for managing and continuously improving the organization's cataloging to ensure that North-American data across all systems is accurately cataloged, described, and accessible to stakeholders. The Aftermarket TPMS Cataloging Specialist, North America is part of a global team, and reports into the Global Aftermarket Data Manager. General Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data consistency and quality Continuously monitor and update data sources to ensure the most up-to-date information is being utilized Maintain the Automotive Aftermarket database/ Product Information Management System (PIMS) and related Online Catalog and Mobile Applications including supersession and consolidation information as well as digital assets ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval of North American information as well as accuracy and integrity across multiple sources Develop application and interchange data through OEM and competitor research including determining correct level of application granularity for each sensor type, e.g. whole vehicle, trim level, engine level, etc. Electronically map all data to regional standards, e.g. Auto Care Association in North America and provide output in required format for customers and partners, e.g. ACES, PIES, etc. Select and manage third party vendors and partners used to convey catalog information Provide custom catalog files and reports as required by customers and Automotive Aftermarket Sales and Marketing teams Provide regular "holes" reports and action plans to close out Attend industry related conferences and events as well as customer seminars for the purpose of increasing knowledge, improving data deliverables and staying current with industry standards, trends and specific customer requirements Support Sales and Marketing Teams with OEM application and competitive interchange information, coverage and gap analysis along with current and future sales potential Regular participation in team meetings and calls including preparation and delivery of regular data. Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers 4+ years of professional experience in Cataloging in the North-American Automotive Aftermarket is a must; knowledge of the Heavy Duty vehicle market is a plus Experience with Autocare Standards including VIO, ACES & PIES is a must; Autocare certifications are a plus IT savvy with eye for detail and ability to assimilate large chunks of data and product information Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI is a plus Spanish language skills and a knowledge of the automotive market in Mexico and Latin America is a plus Experience in use of tools to update and maintain digital assets to customer requirements would is a plus Base Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $135,300.00 At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.
