What You’ll Do This is a ground-floor opportunity in a growing company where the path is yours to build . You’ll: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and commercial sectors, among others. Manage a full-cycle sales process, from lead generation to closing. Build strategic partnerships with architects, contractors, PMs, and facility stakeholders. Collaborate with acoustics engineers and project teams to deliver best-in-class, engineered noise & vibration control solutions. Represent Memtech at industry events, networking groups, and trade shows. Provide market insights and feedback to refine our service offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Contribute to shaping the sales function and playbooks as we scale. Work fast, stay organized, and follow through. This isn’t a hand-holding environment. What You Bring to the Table Experience in consultative or technical sales (noise control, construction, or engineering a plus) Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills Ability to juggle multiple deals while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness Familiarity with CRM tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required) Why Memtech?
