Job Description Opportunity with one of our clients for the role of Technology Analyst - Java / J2EE . Details: Duration: Full time / Permanent Location: Stamford, CT Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education. Preferred Skills: At least 2 years of experience in Java (core), J2EE, Servlet, JSP, HTTP/CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks. Experience with Sybase or MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and batches. Proficiency in Perl scripting, UNIX shell scripting, and Windows scripting. Experience with database modeling. Knowledge of XML technologies including XSD and XSLT. At least 1 year of experience with Middleware (MQ, JMS) and Oracle. Experience in the software development life cycle and translating requirements into system specifications. Understanding of production support and performance engineering. Strong technical, team working, client interfacing, and analytical skills. Interest and ability to work in a global delivery environment.
