This position reports through our HR IT team and will support our Avature ATS system implementation and ongoing management from a technical standpoint.
What You'll Do
• Lead the technical design of the Avature platform configuration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and future scalability.
• Determines how workflows, data models, and integrations will be architected to support business processes.
• Design and oversees integrations between Avature and other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, SSO, reporting tools).
• Work closely with IT and vendor teams to ensure data flow, security protocols, and performance meet technical and compliance standards.
• Provide hands-on configuration of complex components, or mentors configuration analysts.
• Ensure technical feasibility and consistency across modules.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment processes within the platform.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years implementing and/or managing ATS solutions with the Avature platform
• Collaborative experience with Avature's support and product teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for new features or fixes.
• Avature SME certification

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $140,000 to $190,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
