Senior Data Architect
to lead our data strategy and infrastructure development. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure, leading teams, establishing data governance, and ensuring data security and compliance. The person will coordinate with the Data & Analytics team to align data governance and strategy across the company. Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain data architecture plans aligned with business growth and technical standards. Design and implement data models for relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes. Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance. Develop data integration processes, including third-party data management and vendor relations. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting and analytics solutions. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data. Mentor junior team members and lead development teams on reporting projects. Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices. Qualifications & Skills
Deep knowledge of database technologies, data modeling, data warehousing, and governance. Proven ability to analyze complex data requirements and develop effective solutions. Experience leading data architecture projects from planning to execution. Strong problem-solving skills related to data issues. Experience with SaaS software and implementing Machine Learning and AI models. Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Core Skills
Azure Modern Data Platform, SQL Server, KQL, Data Analytics stack, Power BI, DAX, Azure Synapse. Supporting Skills
Azure ML, Azure infrastructure, R, Python, PowerShell, Hadoop, Data Factory. Principles
Data Modeling, Data Warehouse Theory, Data Architecture, Master Data Management, Data Science. Preferred Skills
