Job Title: IT Developer - System Administrator
Location: Vienna, VA Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Remote Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Description: Extensive Java Development Experience:
Proven expertise in building scalable and maintainable backend systems using Java. Strong Spring Boot Proficiency:
Hands-on experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot. Cloud Experience with Microsoft Azure:
Familiarity with deploying and managing applications in Azure environments. AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service):
Experience with container orchestration, deployment, and scaling using AKS. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation:
Proficient in setting up and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Monitoring and Observability:
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure application health and performance. Dev Lead Experience:
Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical decisions.
System Administrator Developer Responsibilities: Focus on development, deployment, and management of system software and applications Ensure systems are secure and efficient Strong knowledge of system administration and scripting Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience with system monitoring tools
