5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations and architecture. 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, especially Power Automate and Power Pages. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure platform. 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps. 3+ years of database architecture experience. 5+ years of infrastructure, network, and application support experience. Design and document technical architecture solutions across multiple platforms, including integration and authentication. Define, communicate, and manage CICD/release management processes for Dynamics 365 technologies. Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective. Experience with Azure Communications, APIs, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prepare detailed instructions and documentation. Communicate technical information effectively through reports and presentations. Perform analysis and gather requirements from customers. Resolve complex problems efficiently, seeking optimal solutions. Communicate technical terms appropriately to varied audiences. Manage complex assignments in high-stress environments. Troubleshoot application issues under pressure. Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years of experience. Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and application support - 5+ years.
