Job brief We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bartenders will be able to follow our cocktail receipts and suggestively sell our beverage/food items with in depth knowledge. This service must exceed our customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay rate and tips.
Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Prepair, Restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Monitor and ensure safe beverage consumption in the restaurant Accurate cash handling Actively clean and sanitize all bar / preparation surfaces
Requirements and skills Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender Current Operators Liquor License for the local municipality Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate GREAT TEAMWORK!
