An employer is seeking a ML Engineer to join their team in Spring, TX. He or she will be joining the Commercial Architecture team focusing on LLM Software Engineering to help building out prototypes for potential future creation. On a day to day basis, the ML Software Engineer will work closely with an embedded engineer to do LLM power application solutions on edge as well as helping integrate to the cloud. To goal is to see how to help increase productivity and streamline workflows. He or she will help with API design and development to help build robust, scalable APIs that expose LLM functionalities for seamless integration with various hardware components and software applications across the companies ecosystem. Additionally, the Software Engineer will help with backend development by contributing to the development and maintenance of the backend infrastructure that powers the LLM-driven solutions as well as focusing on scalability, reliability, and smooth integration with both LLM components and the broader hardware ecosystem. The Software Engineer will be working with multiple cross functional teams and ensure to maintain clear and concise documentation of code, architecture, and LLM integration processes. This role is hybrid on-site in Spring, TX three days a week with a pay range of around $60 - $90/hr based on years of experience.

Windows App Development

Experience with embedded systems development and microcontroller programming

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with Python and Java/JavaScript/Go/C# etc

Experience working with LLM APIs and libraries (e. g., OpenAI API, LangChain, LLAMA)

Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs that are scalable, secure, and easy to use

Strong understanding of Computer hardware and architecture
