What You Will Contribute: Are you a data-driven strategist who thrives at the intersection of technology, collaboration, and business performance? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Business Analyst to serve as a critical driver of operational efficiency, digital transformation, and sales effectiveness across our enterprise. This position will be located at our Milwaukee facility. As a trusted thought partner to Sales and cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and IT—you’ll lead strategic initiatives that elevate CRM performance, streamline processes, and improve how we leverage data to make smarter decisions. This is a high-impact role where Salesforce expertise meets project leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Sr. Sales Business Analyst is an analytical and collaborative role that supports and leads Sales Operations initiatives. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, digital transformation through Salesforce (SFDC) and cross-functional collaboration. Job Duties: Lead and support sales operations projects that enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement across manufacturing channels (e.g., direct, distributor).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead project initiatives by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of sales operations and CRM strategies
Partner with the Sales Business Analyst to develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales teams and leadership.
Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert by staying current on platform innovations and sales-related technologies, while championing best practices and driving standardization across business units and locations
Partner with the Learning and Development team to plan and implement project enhancements, ensuring the appropriate training resources are in place to support successful adoption.
Define and enforce data standards and governance policies within Salesforce.
With the Sales Business Analyst, support the design and maintenance of sales territories and incentive management.
Monitor data integrity and lead data cleanup initiatives with the support of the Salesforce Business Analyst.
Evaluate and implement sales tools (e.g., CPQ, lead routing, pricing tools) that integrate with Salesforce.
Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Ensure consistency and scalability across regions or business units.
Up to 10% travel required
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, IS/Business Analytics, Communication or related field of study
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM/Salesforce/ Project Management, Data Analysis, Process Improvement desired; Significant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
Qualifications: Salesforce Admin Certification required
PMP Certification/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Sales Data Analysis: Advanced ability to interpret sales trends, pipeline metrics, and performance KPIs required
Problem Solving: Identifying root causes and proposing scalable, data-driven solutions required
CRM Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including reporting, dashboards, and configuration required
Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote): Intermediate experience with Oracle CPQ to support complex quoting processes, pricing strategies, and integration with Salesforce.
Adaptability: Navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in reporting, documentation, and system configuration.
Project Leadership: Leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering results.
