Job Role: Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement. Constant physical activity including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results. Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
