As an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician, you will work directly with clients on the Autism spectrum, delivering services in their homes or schools. Your work will be guided by the principles of ABA and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your Responsibilities: Deliver direct instruction to enhance communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more. Effectively manage challenging behaviors. Support clients with Autism across home, school, and community settings. Innovate ways to keep clients engaged and motivated to learn. Communicate professionally with clients, their families, and the therapy team. Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and school staff to implement programs effectively. Follow directions and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA). Accurately collect data on client progress using Central Reach. Complete all required training in line with organizational guidelines and regulations. Maintain accurate appointment records in our practice management software. Adhere to all privacy policies, including HIPAA compliance. Travel to client locations as needed. Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. 1+ years of experience in the field is preferred. Knowledge of ABA practices is essential. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Must be able to pass a background check.
