Position Overview: Provide direct, targeted behavioral support to students with diverse needs,implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student behavior, develop positive intervention strategies, and monitor progress towards IEP goals. Collect and analyze behavioral data, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions to support plans as needed. Assist in de-escalating crisis situations and contribute to fostering students' social-emotional development, independence, and integration into the school community.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Completion of a minimum 40-hour seminar or workshop training in Applied Behavior Analysis Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a school or clinical setting
