Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist (1.0 FTE) to join the Behavioral Health department in the clinic. This position plays an active part of the mental health professionals group serving a wide array of patient ages and concerns, always with an eye towards working together with our medical staff to provide the highest quality health care to all our patients. Services provided may be in either the Baldwin or Roberts clinics. This is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.
We are looking for candidates who share our enthusiasm for providing high quality mental health service, are intellectually curious, will ask good questions and expect clear answers, and will bring energy and commitment to their work. We welcome new ideas, procedures, and thoughts and are open to looking at patients in creative and innovative ways.
The position we are looking to fill will provide psychotherapeutic services to school-aged children through our School-Based Mental Health Program (two days per week in Pierce County school districts) and provide services at both the Spring Valley and Baldwin clinic locations.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy to children, family psychotherapy, and play therapy to children
- 1.0 FTE - 40 hours per week

The behavioral health team consists of mental health therapists, as well as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and a Psychiatric Physician Assistant. The team provides mental health services to children as young as four all the way to geriatric patients. We see patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and many other psychiatric conditions.
