We are seeking a
Staff IT Application Software Engineer - GTM
to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. This role involves supporting and configuring Salesforce CPQ, Sales, and Service Cloud platforms, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities
Provide advanced support for Salesforce CPQ, Sales, and Service Cloud issues, including troubleshooting and resolution. Analyze, triage, and resolve production support tickets; conduct RCA as needed. Engage stakeholders for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Create problem management and JIRA tickets for repetitive issues. Assist in configuring and maintaining Salesforce cloud settings, including product rules, pricing, and discounts. Conduct user training on Salesforce functionalities and best practices. Create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with sales, product management, and IT teams to address challenges. Maintain SLA, MTTA, and MTTR commitments. Work in shift models to provide global support. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, and Service Cloud, including integration experience. Strong understanding of “Lead to Cash” processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and familiarity with ITIL incident management. Preferred certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Sales, and Service Cloud. Must be local to SF Bay Area for onsite work. Additional Information
