Job Title : Blood Bank Donor Center Specialist Full-Time
Location : Abilene, TX
Job Type : Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday-Friday with occasional weekends)
Compensation : Salary : $32,000 - $38,000 annually $2,000 Sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Bonus

Responsibilities
Ensure an adequate and safe blood supply by soliciting and collecting donations. Follow established safety guidelines and regulatory standards during all procedures. Accurately input donor information into computer systems. Maintain donor logs and organize workspaces per OSHA and NIOSH standards. Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 2 years experience Licenses/Certifications : CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire). Skills : Proficiency in data entry and record keeping. Ability to work in compliance with safety and health regulations. Willingness to contribute as a designated driver for donor operations.
