This 30-employee firm, backed by $11.65M in Series A funding from Neotribe Ventures and Stage Venture Partners, is hiring an Account Executive to sell $20k to $100k+ ACV SaaS solution to Mid-Market and Enterprise third-party administrators (TPAs) located across the United States. You will report to their VP of Sales and work hybrid from their Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Role
* Full-cycle AE role reporting to the VP of Sales; hybrid work setting from Scottsdale HQ with ~25% travel.
* $120K–$140K base + uncapped OTE, expected earnings between $225K–$250K with accelerators.
* Own a $1.25M annual ACV quota with target deal sizes ranging from $20K–$80K.

* Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), outbound tools (Apollo/Outreach), and verticals like insurance or TPAs is a plus.

Official Job Description
We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to join our Scottsdale HQ and help drive our next phase of growth. You’ll sell across our two key product lines — Trust and CX — into a highly targeted TAM of ~3,000 companies, with average deal sizes ranging from $20K to $80K.
This is a hybrid role for reps based in the Phoenix metro area and includes 25% travel (primarily for conferences, trainings, and customer events). You’ll report to the VP of Sales and work closely with founders, product leaders, and marketing.
What You’ll Do
Run full-cycle sales motions — from outbound prospecting to close
Sell both workflow replacement (Trust) and customer experience automation (CX) solutions
Guide prospects through a challenger-style consultative sale, helping them understand the ROI of replacing outsourced labor with AI-driven automation
Work top-down with senior decision-makers (COO, CTO, Head of IT) across mid-market and enterprise accounts
Master and communicate the nuances of client workflows, especially in back-office insurance operations
Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging, content, and demo assets
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with consistent quota attainment
Startup background and success selling complex solutions into new markets
Experience closing $20K–$100K+ ACV deals in 2 to 6-month cycles
Strong discovery and objection-handling skills, especially in zero-compete or legacy-replacement environments
Able to drive urgency, shape buying criteria, and battle inertia
Strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and outbound fluency (Apollo, Outreach)
Bonus Points For
Experience selling into insurance, back-office, or workflow-heavy verticals
Understanding of TPAs or financial services workflows (not required)
Background in Challenger sales or top-down deal execution
