What You'll Do: Business Development & Sales : Identify and develop new client relationships with HR leaders and C-suite decision-makers. Client Consulting : Serve as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions to address hiring needs. Candidate Recruitment : Source, engage, and present high-caliber talent for permanent Accounting & Finance roles. Pipeline Management : Own your desk — manage client accounts, maintain candidate pipelines, and close placements. Lead Generation : Drive outbound efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years in business development, B2B sales, or agency recruiting. Comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation strategies. Excellent communicator who thrives in a people-first, relationship-driven business. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energized by performance-based success.
