Primary Responsibilities Collaborate closely with executive leadership, program managers, and key technical personnel to ensure effective execution of programs for Department of Defense clients and contractors. Lead and inspire a talented team while mentoring junior engineers to grow into technical experts and future leaders. Provide technical guidance in maintaining and expanding software and firmware codebases for radar and electronic warfare sensor systems. Foster existing customer relationships and pursue the development of new partnerships to broaden our client base. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with 8-12 years of relevant experience; Master's with 6-10 years; or a Ph.D. with 4-8 years of experience. Proven experience in leading technical teams focused on radar and electronic warfare sensor technologies. Strong background in RF and electronic warfare sensor technologies, including real-time software, high-speed networking, and radar signal processing algorithms. Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented design principles. Robust software engineering skills, including adherence to engineering best practices like configuration management and code reviews. Aptitude for identifying business development opportunities and contributing to proposals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in recruiting and interviewing technical talent. Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be eligible to obtain a Final Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area. Preferred Qualifications Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in radar technology and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
