Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join their sales team. The BDR will identify and generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and initiate customer engagement, playing a vital role in building relationships and increasing market presence in construction and tech sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in construction and tech industries. Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Understand the company’s technology to communicate its value effectively. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and opportunities in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales goals. Qualifications: 1-2 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in tech or construction sectors.
