We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Data Privacy Manager and Information Security Officer to join our organization. This dual-role position ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, while maintaining compliance with relevant privacy laws, regulations, and best practices. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to safeguard sensitive data and implement robust information security measures, including: Assessing local data protection requirements and activities. Implementing and maintaining the Group-wide data protection management system. Managing country-wide data protection issues/tasks, supported by the Data Privacy Officer. Coordinating data privacy projects and acting as the primary contact within the legal entity for data privacy matters. Handling data breach management and supporting data protection inquiries. Supporting inspections by relevant authorities and coordinating with the Data Privacy Manager in the region. Providing data protection advice and support to business departments, especially during process or asset changes. Additionally, responsibilities include: Developing and enforcing information security policies, standards, and procedures. Conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Overseeing security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools. Leading responses to information security incidents, including investigations and reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Law, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy, information security, or related areas. Deep knowledge of global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. Certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, CISSP, CISM are highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
