This role involves collaborating with enterprise clients, managing planning and delivery of business and technical requirements, and designing documentation for 34 software releases per year supporting mission-critical systems that influence revenue, operations, and customer experience. As the Lead Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, internal IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver business needs statements, requirement specifications, and API design documents. This role is based in the U.S. near Washington, D.C., requiring 3-4 days on-site at the client location. Responsibilities:

Lead requirements development for 34 major software releases annually Create and maintain Business Needs Statements, Agile stories, and Waterfall Software Requirements Documents Analyze business goals and translate them into technical and functional requirements Act as a liaison between business users and development teams Document scope, objectives, and system specifications Identify and define system enhancements to improve revenue, products, and efficiency Manage risk communication with stakeholders and PMO Support testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting Collaborate on API design and data exchange formats Produce documentation such as guides, reports, and training materials Support integration and communication across teams Skills:

Experience with revenue systems or customer-facing solutions Experience with operational, risk, or compliance systems Knowledge of enterprise integration and analytics Qualifications:
