Essential Skills & Experience
To excel in this position, you should have:
At least 7 years of experience in IT development and CI/CD processes. A minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst and Tester. Expert knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with DevOps, AWS, and JIRA. Bonus Points!
While not mandatory, possessing the following skills can truly set you apart:
Working knowledge of systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support, and Child Care systems. Experience in tracking system defects using JIRA and JAMA. Participation in an Agile Team Environment and leadership of SCRUM meetings.
