Position: Data Engineering Lead Locations: Harrison, AR Duration: Contract Job Description: Responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines from source, to EDF and Gold Layer, required for experimentation and productization of analytics solutions and write code to implement Source to Target Mapping. Hands on Experience both as administration of Azure and Databricks Evaluates architectural options and defines overall architecture of enterprise Data Lake and MicroServices Defines functional and non-functional requirements including performance monitoring, alerting and code management and ensuring alignment with technology best practices and SLAs in the Azure environment Good to have Knowledge on Architecture Design and should be able to provide solutions on any New Requirement. Data engineer involves designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines within the Azure ecosystem, utilizing Databricks for data processing and analysis. The role encompasses designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines on Azure, including using Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Data Factory Administration of Azure Infra -Databricks, Development experience with Databricks , Data Factory, Teradata skills, strong SQL skills, Log Analytics, Synapse, Function App, SQL DB, ADLS Gen 2, Git, experience in Python or Scala and Azure DevOps. Experience with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and tools like Azure Data Factory is necessary for moving and transforming data. Experience with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and other Databricks tools is vital for processing large datasets and building data pipelines. Performance tuning.
