to serve as a
Multi Site Medical Director,
supporting three hospitals in the
South Georgia

…you’ll thrive in this dynamic, hands-on position. Key Responsibilities
Champion Clinical Excellence
Dedicate
75–100% of your time
to patient care and client interactions
Build your own clientele while performing high-quality procedures
Support new grads with
real-time mentorship , especially in surgery & dentistry
Lead clinical process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction
Foster a Positive Veterinary Culture
Promote a
supportive and inclusive environment
Partner with the
Regional Director
to align hospital goals and initiatives
Assist the
Talent Relations team
in recruiting top veterinary talent
Provide
career guidance and coaching
to new DVMs
Drive Operational Success
Evaluate and improve hospital flow and efficiency
Collaborate on staffing solutions and resource allocation
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and support budgeting processes
Ensure Compliance & Quality Assurance
Conduct regular
hospital quality inspections
Ensure adherence to
DEA, medical, and safety regulations
What You’ll Bring
DVM or equivalent degree
Active veterinary license in the applicable state(s)
3–5 years of clinical veterinary experience
DEA registration (if required)
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and
leadership abilities
Willingness to travel within the South Georgia region ( travel costs covered )
Schedule & Time Allocation
4-day work week
75–100% of your time in-clinic
Balance remaining time with hiring, mentoring, compliance, and admin tasks
Regional travel is expected
