MV Transportation is on the lookout for skilled Mechanics to join our team!
Who You Are:
As a Mechanic, your primary responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, servicing and repairing vehicle systems such as steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, differentials, electrical systems, wheelchair lifts, and air conditioning. Ideal candidates will prioritize safety, conduct part analysis on damaged components, and assist with inventory management as needed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnosing and investigating vehicles to pinpoint causes of defects in operation.
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles.
- Caring for major and minor repairs of defective components.
- Documenting all maintenance activities in MV's Fleet Management System.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A combination of at least one (1) to two (2) years of apprentice-level training and experience in automotive or diesel mechanics.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing.
Starting pay rate: $36.96/hour
