Experience Required:

We balance the structure of a large corporation with a family-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks to collect waste and recyclable materials. Transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities, and make multiple trips as needed throughout your shift. Achieve operational excellence through both manual and automatic trucks. Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and move or maneuver loads up to 100 pounds. Climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts as required. What You Need: At least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. Valid Class A or B CDL with an air brake endorsement. A year of CDL driving experience in the last 7 years. A clean driving record and a strong safety history. Previous experience as a driver or helper in the waste management industry is highly preferred. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable regulations. Ability to communicate effectively in English, read maps, and understand traffic signals. Must meet physical and safety requirements of the position. Additional Information: You may need to navigate congested communities and tight spaces in urban areas. Strong backing skills are vital for success in this role.
