What you will do - Essential responsibilities Load, transport, and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Conduct daily equipment inspections to maintain smooth and safe transport operations. Keep accurate DOT logs and paperwork to comply with regulations. Be part of the team that's driving up standards As a Fleet Driver, you wont just be driving; youll embody the CarMax spirit. You will transport vehicles between vendors, distribution hubs, and stores, making you the face of CarMax. Your strong communication and teamwork skills will shine in this role! Qualifications and requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required; previous driving experience preferred. Clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points in the past three years. Meet all DOT-mandated medical qualifications. Ability to lift heavy objects and winch transported vehicles when loading. Experience operating a 10-speed transmission. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in an outdoor environment that includes potential exposure to noise and inclement weather.
